VOICE OF DOG

“Hello, my name is Cody and I am writing from heaven. I am a four year old chocolate lab who sadly got very sick this past summer and had to leave my humans. My mom, is still broken hearted and cries for me, but I know she is going to be okay. She is looking into getting a new pal and will be attending the Philadelphia Dog Show in Oaks for a meet and greet of various breeds. I stole her heart and she’s not sure if she could love another lab again the way she loved me. Please help her find the right breed. I am chasing squirrels in heaven, love you mom.” - Cody

Why do they try and bark? That’s what we do. Those humans talk in their own languages- Enlgish, Spanish, Chinese, what have you- but we, WE bark. So I don’t get what they stare us in the eyes and belt out those sad attempts at imitating us. Are we supposed to enjoy it? I must have the nicest owner in the world. They flush out the water I drink throughout the day so that I can always have the freshest, cleanest water to drink! Who ever thought a dog could be so lucky! But now I wonder why they drink those bottles of water…
